Terms and Conditions

Minimums are per order (are usually a combination of a minimum quantity per item, and a minimum overall value for the factory). Products may be consolidated from various factories within a given country. Lists will be updated as products are developed, so please contact us for further details.

• Full Container Loads (FCL) orders will not incur any additional charges.
• Less than Container Load (LCL) orders will be charged a $250 handling fee per order.

Products must be ordered in master carton quantities, and must reach factory minimums.

Guaranteed Non-Cancelable Orders:

All orders are non-cancelable. Orders are custom made per agreed orders only. Prior to confirming your order with the factory, we first confirm delivery dates to you for your written confirmation and acceptance.

All orders must either be covered with a Letter of Credit (L/C) or have a 50% minimum deposit paid at time of order. Full payment (or balance) required upon receipt of copy of shipment documentation (Packing list and invoice).

Most factories require between 60-90 days for production, from receipt of order confirmation and receipt of L/C or T/T deposit. In addition shipping times need to be calculated. On occasion and depending on capacity factories may produce more quickly. All requests for quicker delivery must be confirmed in writing by Modulus. Product information will be updated as products are developed, so please contact us for further details.

Special carton/product markings, ticketing, are available. Artwork / labels to be provided by customer and to be completed within 60 days of requested ship date. Custom colors etc also available, to be discussed prior to placement of orders.

Pricing subject to change without prior notice. Printed lists are available, order confirmation also confirms all pricing. (Generally pricing remains constant for a calendar year FYI.)
